MEA research into differences in the dynamic response of females and males in rear-end impacts is published in Traffic Injury Prevention. This research was done in collaboration with Astrid Linder and Anna Carlsson of the Swedish National Road and Transport Research Institute and Mats Svensson of the Chalmers University of Technology.
Dennis Chimich presents a seminar on Injury Biomechanics and Concussion, this presentation inculded research relating NFL football injury data to assess concussion risk in a motor vehicle collision. This was in conjunction with an ICBC Focus on Concussion Seminar in Vancouver, BC.
