Kurt Ising attends the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America’s Annual Conference in Seattle, WA, on November 16 and 17. Mr. Ising will present his paper. “Threshold Visibility Levels Required for Nighttime Pedestrian Detection in a Modified Adrian/CIE Visibility Model”.

Navid Nastar PhD, PE joins MEA California’s office as a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer in the Product and Property Groups. He specializes in the field of earthquake engineering and earthquake damage assessment. Navid is also an adjunct faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering at University of Southern California.
