MEA Forensic Engineers & Scientists is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Matthew Manjarrez, PE to the position of Senior Civil/Traffic Engineer. Mr. Manjarrez is experienced in transportation engineering, planning and design including transportation safety, roadway design & operations, pedestrian & bicycle facilities, and construction traffic handling. His areas of specialization include traffic signal timing and operation, roadway signing and pavement markings, guardrail and barrier placement, sight distance evaluation, and parking lot layout.
