Mark Bailey, a Director of MEA, joined the firm in 1989. Mr. Bailey is a Senior Engineer and leads the Aviation, Product and Property Groups. He is responsible for determining root and contributing causes of failures in aircraft and motor vehicles, industrial equipment, building components and consumer products.
