Matthew Manjarrez, PE

Matthew Manjarrez is a highway design expert witness who conducts technical and forensic investigations involving traffic engineering design and planning. Matthew has over 15 years of traffic engineering experience. He has served as a court-qualified expert on hundreds of cases. He has also developed jurisdictional transportation safety programs, assisted public agencies with their site-specific safety investigations and remained involved in state-of-the-practice transportation analyses. As a result, Matthew has extensive experience evaluating existing transportation infrastructure, determining the need for safety enhancement and identifying appropriate safety improvements.
