Bill Cliff has overseen more than 2,000 technical investigation and collision reconstruction files since joining MEA in 1985. These assignments include incidents involving passenger and heavy commercial vehicles, motor-cycles, bicycles, pedestrians, and boats.

In addition to his consulting work, Mr. Cliff is responsible for PC-Crash and PC-Rect accident reconstruction software development and training in North America. This accident simulation and scene photogrammetry software, created by DSD in Austria, is now widely used by accident reconstructionists worldwide.
