We are still operational in Canada and the US. Most of us are currently working from home with a few staff practicing social distancing and increased hygiene in our two Canadian offices.
However, as per the executive order N-33-20 and to help control the spread of COVID-19, our California staff is staying home and isn't doing fieldwork right now. They are still analyzing evidence, writing reports, and they are available for virtual deposition and testimony.
Yes. We are all equipped to work from home or in the field and will continue to open files, gather and analyze evidence, and write reports.
While we are not currently hosting depositions at our offices, we are available for depositions elsewhere in Canada if social distancing and hygiene guidelines can be followed. In Canada and the US, a remote deposition by videoconference can be arranged. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
