Following a first session on defending sidewalk slips and trips, the Canadian Defence Lawyers present the second webinar in their Municipal Law Series: Top Mistakes to Avoid When Dealing With Municipalities. MEA Forensic is proud to sponsor the event and is looking forward to another interesting presentation on June 17th. Marcia and Mireille will be in (virtual) attendance.

When defending municipalities, there’s many a slip betwixt the cup and lip. In this seminar, Christine Carter of Papazian Heisey Myers will share numerous mistakes to avoid, gleaned from her almost 30 years of practice in the field. Christine Carter is the General Editor of the Municipal Liability Risk Management Newsletter and a contributing author of loose-leaf text The Law of Municipal Liability in Canada. She has acted for many municipalities throughout Ontario. This session is chaired by Sheila Handler of Shillington McCall LLP.
