The Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association (APTLA) presents Expert Reports Unveiled: Challenging the Challenging Defence Report, an educational conference aimed at helping trial lawyers better understand the foundations, concepts, and assumptions behind expert reports. Our expert in collision reconstruction and video analysis, Tom Flynn, will be in the exhibit room with Jahvanna Ryan to connect with attendees gathered at the Hotel Halifax on Friday, November 2022.
Throughout the event, attendees will explore the tests, data, and metrics involved in the creation of expert reports. Guest speaker Chris J. O’Brien of O’Brien & Ford (NY), a personal injury lawyer with 33 years of experience, will also be speaking on best practices for selecting, implementing, and presenting expert testimony in court.
