Craig, Dennis, Pam and Ben at OBA Anatomy of a Trial

The Ontario Bar Association presents the Anatomy of a Trial: The New Essentials on June 15th and 16th, 2023, at the OBA Conference Centre. MEA Forensic is proud to sponsor this educational program, which will also be available as a live webcast. Attendees can connect with our experts Craig Wilkinson, Dennis Turriff, Pamela D’Addario and Benjamin Elkin, who will be with Jahvanna Ryan at the MEA Forensic booth.

This particular “Anatomy of a Trial” program is geared toward lawyers of all levels, from the new litigator who has never conducted a trial, to the seasoned veteran who has seen it all. The program is co-chaired by Brian Bangay of Desjardins General Insurance Group Inc., Lindsay Charles of McLeish Orlando LLP, and Troy Lehman of Oatley Vigmond LLP. The OBA’s faculty of Superior Court judges and experienced advocates will engage in live demonstrations of the do’s and don’ts of effective and professional trial advocacy. Faculty members will help attendees understand the practical, tactical and strategic considerations that go into a jury trial. The full program is available on the OBA website.

The Ontario Bar Association (OBA), a branch of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA), represents close to 16,000 lawyers, judges, notaries, law teachers and law students from across the province. Approximately two-thirds of all practicing lawyers in Canada belong to the CBA.
