The Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association presents its first in-person event of the year: Plaintiffs’ Only, ACTLA’s Spring Seminar, is held in Calgary on March 21st and in Edmonton on March 23rd. MEA Forensic is proud to support these educational seminars. Our expert in Injury Biomechanics Dennis Chimich, both a University of Alberta and a University of Calgary alumnus, is excited to visit Alberta, attend the seminars and reconnect with friends and clients in the province.

ACTLA’s Plaintiffs’ Only Seminar brings experts from across the country to discuss the many aspects of personal injury law, starting with an update on the Albertan insurance industry’s proposals for reforms and ACTLA’s lobbying, outreach and fundraising efforts. The program also covers Judicial Dispute Resolution, Fatal Accident, WCB Claims and SEF 44 Matters Litigation, Practice Management, the MVA Claims Fund and Slips & Falls, one of Dennis Chimich’s specialties. Details on the speakers and the program can be found on the ACTLA website
