ACTLA’s seminars bring experts from across the country to explore advanced strategies, tactics, and best practices tailored to enhance their representation of clients. The program will cover eight different topics, including MVA-related neurological symptoms, subrogation with LTD insurance and personal injury claims, and dealing with defence insinuations of malingering.
