Dwayne Toscano presented Forensic Failure Analysis – Property Claims at the 2024 Lake Okanagan Insurance Society (LOIS) Conference. The society, which meets three times a year, elected Dwayne as their keynote speaker for this conference. The conference, held in Kelowna, BC, had a mix of audience members, including adjusters, sales representatives and lawyers.
