Vickie Norton will speak on the When Skies Get Rough: Legal Challenges in Aviation Turbulence Cases panel at the American Bar Association (ABA) Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section’s (TIPS) Aviation and Aerospace Law Conference: Reaching New Heights . The conference, held in Arlington, VA September 19-20, will focus on the continuing challenges facing aviation and space law practitioners, with an emphasis on litigation, regulatory risks, and insurance. Moderated by Erin Applebaum of Kreindler & Kriendler, other speakers on the panel include Kelly Flavin from KMA Zuckert, Rebecca Lipe of the FAA, and Carmen Paul of Allianz.
