Ginger Maruca is the operations manager for MEA Forensic’s California office. She coordinates the realization of the office’s special projects, such as our annual Technical Summit, the creation of a new testing facility in the Laguna Hills office, and the onboarding of recruits. A member of MEA Forensic’s team of project coordinators since Spring 2012, she continues to support MEA’s experts by keeping files on track and on schedule. “In my role, I am both the big picture person and the detail person,” she says.

Ginger received her Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice. This experience—and her time spent working as a case manager for a well-known forensic practice in New York City —has proven invaluable to her work at MEA.

At MEA, Ginger appreciates being surrounded by creative, curious, and hardworking professionals who are passionate about their work. She also respects the firm’s diligence and integrity. “The most important way we can empower our clients is with evidence-based conclusions about their case—good news or bad, our job is about finding the truth.”
