The Ontario Trial Lawyers Association holds its 2020 Fall Conference on October 23, 2020. The Case Goes On is a full day of educational sessions on personal injury law, presented by industry leaders. MEA Forensic is sponsoring this conference every year, and our support continues as the event goes virtual in 2020. Attendees will find our booth in the Virtual Exhibit Hall, where they will get access to our Zoom room in which Ben Elkin, Craig Wilkinson, and Jahvanna Ryan will be happy to connect live throughout the day.
The 2020 OTLA conference program includes a mix of roundtable discussions and individual presentations. A panel discussion on virtual discoveries and mediations is planned in the morning, and section meetings on the specific legal issues facing long term disability lawyers, medical malpractice lawyers, new lawyers and paralegals will be held over lunch. The day will end in a Virtual WINE Down After Party. The 2020 Conference program, list of speakers, and registrations are found on OTLA’s new continuing education platform, developed specifically to deliver CLE presentations and foster connections between the attendees, presenters, and exhibitors.
Attendees leaving a presentation with questions about the role an expert could play in their cases, or about the very experience of testifying virtually as an expert, can visit our booth to connect live with Ben or Craig, or make an appointment to talk to any one of our engineers and scientists.
