MEA Forensic’s Tom Flynn presents “Why SynthEyes Should be a Part of Your Toolkit” at Crash Day 2025, an annual event hosted by the Institute of Traffic Accident Investigators (ITAI). The 2025 edition takes place on Thursday, July 3, at the Darley Moor Race Circuit in Derbyshire, UK.
Crash Day is a research-focused event for forensic collision investigators and industry professionals, organized in conjunction with Passive Safety UK. The program includes crash testing, technical lectures, and product demonstrations relevant to collision analysis. The event typically draws over 600 attendees from sectors including emergency services, insurance, vehicle examination, roadside infrastructure, and traffic safety. In order to help raise awareness about passive road safety and support the ongoing effort to improve collision investigation and, ultimately, road safety, attendance is free. All participants must be registered with ITAI.
The ITAI is the official UK partner of the European Association for Accident Research and Analysis (EVU), a European-wide professional body focused on accident reconstruction and research.
