The Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA) presents its 2025 Fall Conference on Thursday October 23rd, bringing together leading voices in personal injury law. MEA Forensic is proud to continue its annual sponsorship of this educational program. Craig Wilkinson, Ben Elkin and Jahvanna Ryan are on site to connect with OTLA’s vibrant community of litigators, defence counsel, judges, experts, and industry leaders.
The 2025 Fall Conference is chaired by Russ Howe of Preszler Injury Lawyers, Samia Alam, Kelly Hayden of Morris + Stoltz LLP, and Luke Kilroy of Legate Injury Lawyers. This year’s program features concurrent tracks focused on Motor Vehicle Collision, Sexual Abuse, and Medical Malpractice litigation, with a few sessions on practical litigation tips and a dedicated Law Clerks Program chaired by Heather Fisher of Martin & Hillyer Associates and Lori Mitchell of Burn Tucker Lachaîne. Sessions range from foundational tactics in damages trials and cross-examination to expert-focused panels on psychological injuries, vocational assessments, and AI in litigation. If you’re attending and want to discuss the effective use of technical experts in personal injury or crash cases, drop by our booth. We’re always ready to talk shop.
The complete schedule is available on the OTLA website.
