On June 25, the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA) hosts Direct Exam, an MCLE dinner program at The Park Club in Costa Mesa, California. MEA Forensic’s Dwayne Toscano and Randy Paulson look forward to attending and connecting with clients and new faces from across the plaintiffs’ bar.
Michelle West of Robinson Calcagnie and Jason Sanchez of The Simon Law Group will share practical perspectives on direct examination and effective courtroom presentation. Designed for trial attorneys and legal professionals, the session offers insight into courtroom advocacy and trial presentation while providing attendees with an opportunity to earn MCLE credit. OCTLA is also collecting donations in support of its Charity of the Year, The Teen Project, a nonprofit organization that helps at-risk young women transition into safe, stable adulthood and will be the beneficiary of OCTLA’s annual Silent & Live Auction at the TOP GUN Awards Program in December.
The Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA) is a non-profit corporation that protects the rights of people who have been harmed by the wrongful acts of others. They provide education and training for attorneys; access to the collective resources, knowledge, and experience of the members of the Association; and promotion and support of laws that correct injustice and protect access to the civil justice system.
