Craig Wilkinson, principal, senior engineer, and lead of our collision reconstruction group in Ontario, is in Sudbury for the 12th annual Colloquium, a continuing professional development event created by legal professionals for lawyers living and practicing in Northeastern Ontario. After a 2 years hiatus, the conference is back October 19-21, 2022 at the Holiday Inn in Greater Sudbury. Craig will present on the effective use of expert witnesses on Friday, October 21.
Each year since 2010, the Colloquium is a rare occasion for lawyers of Northeastern Ontario to gather, connect, and attend high-quality Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions. As per previous years, the 2022 program covers a wide range of topics and is profitable to lawyers of all law practices. Craig Wilkinson’s presentation on the effective use of expert witnesses will be the central attraction of the Advocacy session, sponsored by the personal injury firm Diamond & Diamond Lawyers.
The speakers will also discuss issues related to indigenous rights, real estate, estates, as well as family, corporate, and criminal law. The steering committee has also prepared a mentoring session for young lawyers and a session on equality, diversity, and inclusion. The full program is available on the Colloquium website.
