2021 Case Law in Review – Liability and Damages is presented by Maia Tomljanovic, Chair of the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association and partner at Cuming & Gillespie Lawyers. Maia’s practice focuses on medical malpractice, personal injury, and professional negligence actions. During this virtual Lunch & Learn session, she will present a review of some influential 2021 Alberta Court decisions relating to Liability and Damages, and discuss key takeaway with ACTLA members.
