Canadian Lawyer is Canada’s leading legal publication. Launched in 1977, the magazine delivers unbiased reporting and analysis of the legal landscape from coast to coast. Focused on both the practice and the profession, Canadian Lawyer produces editorial content that informs, inspires and occasionally inflames the lawyers, corporate counsel, judges, law professors, and students-at-law who read it. It is published in print twice a year and has a total audience of 70,000.
The magazine’s Readers Choice Awards were created in 2015 as a way for the Canadian Lawyer’s readers to vote for and reward the businesses that are the best at what they do. To select this year’s winners, the magazine’s research team surveyed readers through a confidential online ballot based on an editorially curated and reader-nominated list of vendors and service providers. Participants could select a set number per category and add additional nominees. The top three in each category, including ties, earned the Readers’ Choice award.
