The Consumer Attorneys of Inland Empire (CAOIE) and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA) are holding their joint Seminar in Rancho Mirage, CA, on May 3-5, 2019. Attendees will have a chance to meet MEA’s Bradley Rutledge on Friday and Stephanie Bonin on Saturday, with Lois Kirchhoff; they will be taking questions at booth #21.
In addition to the opportunity of meeting a member of MEA’s Injury Biomechanics group, the Seminar offers a full program geared at attorneys and paralegals, with R. Rex Parris and Carl Douglas as keynote speakers and topped on May 4th by a fireside chat with the masters on the theme: ” What you’re doing right and wrong in the practice of law”.
OCTLA‘s mission is to protect the rights of people who have been harmed by the wrongful acts of others, by providing superior education and training for attorneys; access to the collective resources of their members; and promotion and support of laws which correct injustice and protect access to the civil justice system. The CAOIE is a chapter of the Consumer Attorneys of California, a professional organization of lawyers whose clients face opponents with more power and access to resources: Big polluters, insurance companies, automobile manufacturers and banks. CAOC members take only those cases they view as worthy, invest their own resources in pushing those cases to court and are paid under the contingency fee system only if their clients achieve a successful result.
