The 2025 Combined Claims Conference (CCC) takes place May 13–14, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency Orange County in Garden Grove, California. The 2025 CCC is titled The New Frontier: The Future of Claims, and offers four concurrent educational tracks: Property, Liability, Special Investigations Unit (SIU), and a new Work Comp/Subrogation track. The program features sessions on fire spread, large loss water claims and hidden structural distress, which are topics that align closely with Dwayne Toscano’s work as a failure analysis expert.
