The 2023 Spring Conference is geared toward lawyers, paralegals and law clerks evolving in the personal injury arena. It is co-chaired by Colleen Burn of Burn Tucker Lachaîne PC, Jeffery Shinehoft of JS Law, Meghan Hull Jacquin of Howie, Sacks & Henry LLP, James Page of Martin & Hillyer Associates, Roma Ahmed of Smitiuch Injury Law PC, and Tiffany Lawand-Fraser of Gluckstein Lawyers. The program comprises three concurring tracks including one designed specifically for law clerks, one centered on Motor Vehicle Collision and Long-Term Disability, and a third one on Medical Malpractice. The Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA) is a non-profit association for plaintiff lawyers and staff of Ontario, Canada. It was formed in 1991 and is currently over 1500 members strong. They aim to champion and advocate for the rights of those who have suffered injury and loss through the wrongdoing of others.
